• High-Density EPS Foam Core: Each board is built around a 22 kg/m³ Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam core, offering superior durability and a lightweight feel.
• Eco-Conscious Materials: We utilize cores made from 35% recycled materials, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Precision Molding: Our cores are precision-molded to minimize waste and ensure consistent quality across all boards.

• Epoxy Sandwich Vacuum Construction (ESVC): This method involves layering materials under vacuum pressure, resulting in a board that's both robust and lightweight.
• Triple-Layer Fiberglass Reinforcement: Our boards feature a three-dimensional fiberglass weave, enhancing impact resistance and overall strength.
• Reinforced Rails: Additional fiberglass layers along the rails provide extra stiffness, reducing the risk of damage during intense sessions.
